The Reverend Carlos B. Watson Chapel
The Reverend Carlos B. Watson Chapel
Rev. Carlos and Margie Watson - June 2015 Chapel Dedication |
Rev. Watson started his ministry here at Jeff Lynch back in 2005 when President Mark Lynch asked him to deliver an inspirational message to the staff one morning a week. This weekly meeting turned in to two weekly services where Rev. Watson spoke in to the hearts of our team members and motivated them through his teaching and his one-on-one pastoral care. He entered the gates of heaven in 2016 but his ministry lives on here.
Two mornings each week the room is transformed into a worship celebration venue where our corporate pastors deliver an inspirational message to staff before the work day starts. Mark Lynch and his Bible Study group fill the room one evening every week for fellowship and theology time.
State-of-the-art conference & training center at Jeff Lynch.

The room is used by Jeff Lynch teams in the mornings for training and chapel time but for the most part it is vacant from 9:00AM - 6:00PM. Why not put it to good use?
The conference room was recently equipped with updated video and sound systems meticulously hand-selected and installed by the JEFF LYNCH Custom AV team.

ReplyDeleteRev. Watson was my grandfather and I am incredibly grateful that you continue to honor his legacy in this way. I would like to point out though that this article refers to him as ""Dr." Watson. To the best of my knowledge, he never obtained a PhD. If I know my grandpa like I think I do, I believe he would rather just be known as Reverend or Preacher Watson. He was quite proud to be "just a plain 'ol country preacher". Keep up the great work and God Bless
ReplyDeleteHi Brandon! Thanks for pointing this out and we will update this article to reflect Rev. instead of Dr. now.
ReplyDeleteYour grandfather was very dear to us!
He truly loved having the opportunity to minister to your company. Thank you for keeping his memory alive.
