Fall has arrived and with it the craving of pumpkin spice everything!

Fall is in the air and of course almost everyone looks forward to the return of pumpkin spice everything.  Lets also share some of our other homemade fall favorites!  Growing up, my children always enjoyed my Super C Drink as they called it and always wanted it whenever they were sick.  A hot drink that not only smells like the best of the Fall Season in a cup, it tastes awesome and is filled with the benefits of  Vitamin C .   Ingredients: 1/2 to 1 pack of Sugar Free Alpine Spiced Apple Cider . Based on the package nutrition facts it has up to 70% vitamin C 1 slice up to 1/2 of a whole lemon depending on your taste for lemon. Per  Google, an average lemon contains up to 51% of your daily vitamin C.   1 Lemon Ginger Herbal Tea I use the one that says plus probiotics to support healthy digestion, I figure get the most out of it. 1 Orange & Spice Herbal Tea  Note:   Usually the Apple Cider is enough sweetener for me, but you can add your sweetener of choice to taste.   I would also a
