GLENN ASHLEY Celebrating 25 years   at Jeff Lynch! Can-Do attitude. Perpetually smiling. Always ready to help. Super guy. These are regular comments we hear about Glenn Ashley. Mark Lynch met Glenn in a church back in the early nineties.  Glenn was new to the area and Mark would see him when Glenn was a ranger at Carolina Springs Golf Club.  Mark quickly saw Glenn's positive attitude.  It wasn't long before Mark learned that Glenn was looking for a job.  Mark already knew Glenn was a super guy so he offered him an entry level position at Jeff Lynch back when the store was located at Lake Forest Shopping Center.  According to Mark Glenn "smiled ear-to-ear and said that eating is good!" Glenn was thrilled and grateful and he quickly became a part of the Jeff Lynch family.   Mark remembers that Glenn did anything he was asked to do and never said anything like "this is not my job".  Instead he replied with "Let's Do It

APPLESAUCE BROWNIES   sixteen brownies                          INGREDIENTS:                                      7 tablespoons flour                                     1/2 cup cocoa                                     1/4 teaspoon salt                                     2 egg whites                                     1 egg                                     3/4 cup sugar                                     8 tablespoons applesauce                                     1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla                                     1 tablespoon walnuts                         METHOD:                                   Preheat oven to 350 degrees                                   Mix flour, cocoa and salt.                                   Whisk together egg whites,                                          egg, sugar, applesauce and                                           vanilla.
