May we brag about our wonderful delivery teams for a few minutes? Our delivery professionals are second to none!   Our warehouse managers do an amazing job of training new delivery team members on the art of safe, efficient and timely delivery. These delivery teams have a HUGE responsibility!    They call every customer the morning of delivery so they can confirm a window of time and make sure they have clear delivery instructions.  Then they call the customer again when they are on the way. They stage and load the delivery trucks.  They carefully drive the trucks to the customer's home.  They talk with the customer before unloading the item.  They examine the entry doorway area and the installation area to make sure they take the most efficient path to get the new items in the home.  If necessary they remove a door (and put it back when they are finished of course!).  They place cardboard sheets over the floor so as not...

Spring is here and with it brings new beginnings and hope for the future.  During these unusual times it can be easy to focus on sadness and negative outcomes.  The warm sunshine of spring can quickly turn those thoughts to brightness, joy and anticipation of the wonderful news to come. Each year a pair of geese make their way to our Jeff Lynch parking lot.  They build a safe nest and lay eggs.  They carefully protect them, even sometimes urging a customer to not get too close.  🙂  This gift of nature has become an annual event that we look forward to every spring. Then, the day comes when we see the parents with their precious little goslings.  Look at this sweetness.
